Returns
Every order we produce is made to order, just for you. Because of that, our return policy is narrow by design — but when something goes wrong on our end, we’ll make it right fast.
72-hour defect window
We accept returns only for products that arrive defective or damaged. You have 72 hours from the time you receive your order to contact us. Claims submitted after 72 hours won’t qualify for a return or replacement.
Why we can’t accept other returns
Every item from Platon Graphics is custom-produced after you place your order. We don’t hold inventory. Your file goes to print specifically for you, which means we can’t resell or restock a returned item. This is standard across the custom print industry, and it’s how we keep quality high and turnaround fast.
What qualifies as a defect
Printing errors (color banding, misprints, significant color shift)
Wrong item shipped (wrong size, wrong product type)
Physical damage to the product (tears, cracks, warping) that occurred before or during shipping

Document the defect
Take clear photos of the damaged or defective item, including the packaging if it was damaged in transit.
Contact us within 72 hours
Email us at support@platongraphics.com with your order number and photos attached.
We’ll review and respond
You’ll hear back within one business day. If the claim is approved, we’ll reprint and reship your order or issue a refund — your choice.
Screen color vs. print color.
All monitors display color in RGB. Print uses CMYK. Some color shift is normal and not considered a defect. For color-critical work, ask us about a physical proof before your full run.
